On the afternoon of November 27th, the Baoji Municipal Party Committee and Government of Shaanxi Province held a symposium with Shaanxi Nonferrous Metals Group to promote the construction of key projects of Baotai Group. Xu Qifang, Deputy Governor of Shaanxi Province and Secretary of Baoji Municipal Party Committee, Hui Jincai, Mayor of Baoji City, Zou Wuzhuang, Deputy Secretary and General Manager of Shaanxi Nonferrous Metals Group Party Committee, and Wang Wensheng, Secretary and Chairman of Baotai Group Party Committee, attended the symposium.

Wang Wensheng gave a detailed report on the current production, operation, and project construction of Baoti, as well as the issues that need to be coordinated and resolved.

Hui Jincai introduced the economic and social development situation of Baoji City, as well as the advantages and potential of industrial development. He highly praised the reform and development model of Baotai Group and its contribution to the economic development of Baoji. He hopes that Shaanxi Nonferrous Metals Group will increase its support for the group's enterprises in Baoji, deepen cooperation with Baoji's non-ferrous metal related industries, and jointly promote better and faster economic development in Baoji.

Zou Wuwu reported on the basic situation, unique advantages, and development status of Shaanxi Nonferrous Metals Group's stationed enterprises in Baotou. Ma Baoping, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Shaanxi Nonferrous Metals Group, expressed gratitude to Xu Qifang and the Baoji Municipal Party Committee and Government for their attention and support to the development of Shaanxi Nonferrous Metals Group over the years, and focused on reporting on the planning, layout, and development ideas of Shaanxi Nonferrous Metals Group for the titanium and lead zinc industries in the Baoji region. Ma Baoping stated that as an important industrial town, Baoji has a gathering of industrial talents, complete equipment and facilities, and a very good understanding and service for industrial enterprises.
